Viewings can be made by appointment from 09.30am – 4.00pm, Monday – Friday or from 09:30am – 12pm Saturdays.  All rental properties in Northern Cyprus are updated each Friday on the Donaghy & Beyler website.

The ideal North Cyprus home is found...

Once you’ve found your new property a Tenancy Agreement will be required. Please remember that all applications for a property are subject to final approval by the Landlord.

Remember to bring photo identification with you as all Donaghy & Beyler Tenancy applications require identification.

Signing the Tenancy Agreement

If your application has been successful, you will be required to sign the Tenancy Agreement drafted by a lawyer.

Upon signing the tenancy agreement a ‘deposit’ payment will be required (4 weeks rent for unfurnished properties and higher for furnished) and the first months rent in advance (less any deposit paid). This initial payment can be made by cash or Bank cheque.

Rest assured our fully trained Property Managers will explain all the essential clauses and ensure that you fully understand the terms of the agreement.

They will also explain:

• Urgent Repairs
• Ending the Agreement
• Additional Terms & conditions
• Deposit Lodgement
• Rental payment system

When you leave the office you will have:

• The keys to your new property in North Cyprus
• Receipts for Deposit and Rent fee

Office Hours

The Property Management team can be contacted Monday to Friday between 09.00am and 5.00pm and Saturday 09.00am and 1.00 pm. Our head office at 26/1 Naci Talat Caddesi (opposite Astro Supermarket) Kyrenia is open from 9.00am until 5.00pm Mon–Fri and 9.00am–1.00pm Sat, and in the event of an emergency (outside of these times) your Property Manager will always attempt to assist you.

Emergency trades people are on the front pages of the Tenancy Agreement.

Plumber, Electrician, Gas Supplier, Swimming Pool Company, Gardener, Roof Contractor.
