ANNOUNCING THE OPENING OF DONAGHY AND BEYLER'S ISKELE OFFICE - 23 JULY 2007

Donaghy and Beyler are proud to announce the opening of our fourth office in Iskele, Famagusta, 23rd July 2007. The decision to open our fourth office, to compliment our existing three offices in the Kyrenia region, follows the significant upturn in interest and development within Famagusta and the surrounding areas.

Areas such as Famagusta, Bogaz and Bafra are attracting a surge of interest from holiday makers and investors alike as property prices are remain inexpensive and the region is still underdeveloped. Surrounding areas have much to offer the potential home-owner. Bogaz is a beautiful fishing village with a marina, Famagusta itself is an historical and archaeological city, and Bafra is the fastest growing location for investment and holiday homes in North Cyprus, supported by the opening of the new 5 star Kaya Artemis hotel.
