The surveys take various forms,

1. A full construction management service which includes regular detailed progress reports and progress meetings with your builder/developer along with supporting photos, following the progress of your North Cyprus property from conception to completion. Addressing any problems along the way in time to prevent potential problems later on.
2. Or if your Northern Cyprus property is almost finished they can provide a final snagging survey which identifies any building defects. A full written report is produced together with supporting photos which is handed to your builder. A final follow up survey is carried out when they have been informed by you builder that all is complete.
3. They also provide a full hand over service for people who are not able to take possession of their property when complete. This takes the form signing off the property with the developer and arranging the transfer of utilities into the new owner’s name etc.
