Hayat Beyler - Founder, was born in London to Cypriot parents. Hayat moved to Northern Cyprus over 20 years ago as a tour representative after living and working in Turkey. Establishing a travel company, Authentic Cyprus Ltd, she was constantly looking for new challenges and in this had the opportunity to open the restaurant “Le Jardin” in Çatalköy. Again success came through hard work and determination and it was while working in the restaurant and talking to customers that the estate agency business first developed and her first dealings in the industry some 8 years has seen another successful business develop and grow under her watchful eye.

Stephen Donaghy - CEO, although born in Glasgow he was raised in Perth, Australia where he became a police officer and finally ended up working in the Drugs, Gambling and Vice division. Moving back to the UK Stephen went to work at Ladbrookes in the fraud investigations unit. It was while working here that he visited friends that had moved to Northern Cyprus, and he was approached by the Colony group to assist in the business. Falling in love with the country on first sight he took them up on the offer and it was while working here that he met and fell in love with Hayat. Marrying 4 years ago and then 1 year later becoming business partners the full partnership has worked well for both of them.

Mark Weavers – Sales Director, has been with the company for over 3 years. Born and raised in Ipswich he spent most of his working life as an estate agent. Visiting the island after seeing a job advertisement he fell in love with the country and decided to settle in Northern Cyprus and make it his home.
Pia Ozada – Emerging Markets Director, was born in Denmark and then relocated to New York. Working in the property industry for 18 years and gaining her Real Estate licence, Pia then met her now Turkish Cypriot husband and together they relocated to Northern Cyprus in 2005. Pia is the Emerging Markets Manager and is looking to promote the island to new untapped markets.
Even though they have proved their success, Donaghy & Beyler will continue to grow from strength to strength in an industry that takes the knocks and bounces back. They are a credit to the North Cyprus property market and vow to maintain the high level of service offered by them. The aim of the company is to continue to promote the country that they have made their home and the country that we are all proud of and to continue to provide a service that is second to none as these two awards have confirmed.

Verda Gumus – Girne Office Manager, born in the UK to Turkish Cypriot parents has been given the coveted role as Girne Office Manager. Moving to Northern Cyprus in 1991, it is Verda that holds everything together, from the accounts and translations through to customer care and advertising.
Erhan Cetinli – Office Administrator, arrived in Northern Cyprus from Bulgaria in 1997. After completing his studies and his national service Erhan joined Donaghy & Beyler at the Girne office as the Office Administrator, assisting customers with the local councils and government offices, as well as acting as a liaison with the builders.,
Gilly Griffiths – Catalkoy Office Manager. After living in Cyprus from 1972 to 1974, Gilly made it her dream to return. The dream became a reality in 2003 and when the newest office opened she jumped at the chance to work with not only friends but also with a professional friendly company.
Lindsay Hunter – Property Advisor, came to live with her family in Northern Cyprus a little over two years ago. Having purchased land through Donaghy & Beyler they commissioned a property to be built and this was also overseen by the company. So it is with knowledge that Lindsay is the Property Advisor at the Çatalköy office.
Neil Kelly – Property Advisor, moved to Northern Cyprus in 2004 with his family and has since become a father again. Being drawn to Northern Cyprus for not just the weather but also the opportunities that it has given his growing family Neil is the Property Advisor at the head office in Girne.
Soner Huseyin – Property Advisor, is the newest member of the team, with sales experience from the UK, specifically Harrods in the VIP unit. Soner has been in Northern Cyprus for a little over a year and brings with him the experience of understanding what the customer requires.
