Dear All, myself and Shirley would like to pass on our sincere thanks to Mark of D&B who guided us through the purchase of our dream retirement home with sincerity, honesty and understanding. Purchase of any sort during the current uncertainty caused by the Orams case will never be easy, however Mark gave us all the advice and information required for us to reach a decision. It is very rare that an estate agent will not try and push a sale, after all that’s what pays their wages, however in our case no pushing was evident and in fact Mark pulled back at one stage to allow us time to mull over the whole issue of property purchase in the TRNC.
