Alsancak Northern Cyprus

Approx 6 miles West of Girne (Kyrenia) is a village that has an authentic Cypriot atmosphere.

Alsancak is conveniently placed to allow for eacy access to popular restaurants and Northern Cyprus beaches. 

On the Girne – Alsancak - Lapta main road just before Escape Beach is a place that you may wish to visit, this is marked by a large monument which stands to mark the place - beach where the Turkish troops landed during the 1974 intervention.

As we mentioned earlier many popular North Cyprus beaches, restaurants and clubs are located in the vicinity of Alsancak such as the Escape Beach Club, which is regarded as a perfect beach for holiday makers to North Cyprus who may require excellent facilities.  The beach hosts a long sandy strip, with calm crystal clear waters to offer you safe swimming in the Mediterranean.

At Escape beach you will find a restaurant, sun beds, changing rooms, toilets, even a scuba school but lets not forget to mention banana rides and Jet Ski’s.  Should you not wish to relax on a sandy Cypriot beach there is a grassed garden provided with sun beds for you to lay and relax in the shade underneath umbrellas which are also supplied.

Whilst visiting North Cyprus it is possible to take a boat trip from the many on offer from Girne - Kyrenia Harbour. All offer daily excursions to surrounding beaches. Escape beach will likely be one of the beaches you will stop at during the excursion
